All our shipping is sent by 1st Class Royal Mail
NOTE - Please note during lockdown from the time of your purchase we will do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible - we are experiencing some delays with Royal Mail due to COVID 19 but we are able to answer any of your questions by emil and will keep you updated as much as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase we will refund you the cost of the item minus the postage once you have sent it back to us. Please note we will only refund items for up to 14 days.
NOTE - during the recent lockdown we will extend this refund period by a further 14 days. Should you need further help or assistance please contact Fleur at email@example.com and we will help you in whatever way we can.
