Kurtas were originally designed for the hot and humid climate of India and other South Asia regions. However, today they are worn for their fashion aesthetic: as wonderful summer tops, beach cover-ups and holiday gear which is cool and casual. Our Kurtas are made from 100% cotton muslin. Each design is hand carved into a wooden block which is dipped into dye and pressed onto the cloth by hand. This ancient Indian art requires great skill and precision and much of the beauty of the fabrics lies in the subtle colour and pattern variations found on every metre. Imperfections are normal and define the authenticity of a process 100 % completed by hand.

    NOTE - Please note - we can experience some delays with Royal Mail due to COVID 19 but we are able to answer any of your questions by e-mail and will keep you updated as much as possible.

  • If you are not completely satisfied we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except for some jewellery items for hygiene reasons. This should be returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

    Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within 14 working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing thestylishpig@gmail.com or messaging through the website.

    Please provide full details of your customer order number and the goods being returned.

    On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods.  This could take up to 30 days although it will be actioned immediately.

    Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

    To improve our service, please let us know the reason for returning any goods.

    Please wrap products securely to prevent damage in transit.

    We cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department.
